- Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds are applicable only if:

- The order could not be delivered due to reasons from our end.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. No Refund Cases
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect.
- If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location.
- If food taste preferences differ (since taste is subjective).
